One of today’s top male vocalists and songwriters, he has performed all over the USA and in Europe. With a major label contract and recording(s) under his belt on A&M Records-(Hollywood), and performances for Princess Stephanie and Prince Rainier in Monaco France, Italy, Canada and more... Bill has taken time to answer the callings of his many fans and admirers and has released a 12 song solo project, "Footprints Of Your Life". For some time he has been raising eyebrows with his rich and velvety-smooth vocal qualities and fine songwriting. His unique and natural ability to combine his jazz roots with contemporary pop and r&b gives the listener a very interesting historical as well as personal look inside the man and his music. "Footprints Of Your Life" has something for everyone. It is a fine tuned production of thoughts and feelings and experiences that we all can relate to.

Born in West Philadelphia, Bill started playing drums at the age of 8. He was often showcased with his dad’s jazz band (The Mickey Collins Orchestra) . Later he graduated to the guitar and performed with several R&B groups. Before long he started his own band and switched to electric bass and started singing as well.
He signed an exclusive deal with the Playboy Corporation and took his band on the road performing in their clubs in Chicago, Miami, New York, Great Gorge NJ, Detroit, Cincinnati, Phoenix, LA, the Bahamas and more......
Three years later, Bill and his sister "Tonee" (a top jazz vocalist) signed a contract with A&M Records in Hollywood. The album "Collins & Collins" was a huge success !
After two great years with A&M Bill accepted an offer to travel with the world renowned "Lester Lannin Orchestra" out of New York City. He became the featured vocalist traveling to England, France, Canada, South America and many island resorts. While on tour with the Orchestra, Bill was asked by Princess Stephanie to perform at her birthday party in her Province of Monaco, France. The show was such a huge success that it prompted her father "Prince Ranier" to request his talents for the Gala at "Casino Royale" in Monaco and several more stops across Europe. Soon after, designer "Lagerfeld" had Bill’s show at his lavish beach home in San Remo, Italy on the Mediterranean.
Over the past several years Bill has written over 30 songs. His latest CD, "Footprints Of Your Life" is receiving much praise throughout the U.S.and Europe.
Currently he is working with the fantastic (16-piece) "Joe Sudler Swing Machine". An all-star laden big band out of Philadelphia. Between Joe Sudler gigs, Bill continues to break new musical ground performing his original material with the great band from the ""Footprints" CD. As well, his rich baritone voice can be heard on TV and radio ads and on many voice mail and business telephone directories.
